The Toro 23522 BRC-28 is a petrol powered, professional specification brush cutter mower. The Toro BRC-28 is fitted with a electric start Toro 425cc petrol engine, sealant filled cleated pneumatic tyres, hydrostatic transmission with simple controls for forward and reverse. The cutter system utilises a swing blade style mulching blade (optional also straight blade available) and a pivoting deck aids mowing on rough undulating ground. The Toro BRC-28 ideally suited for tackling areas of brash, bramble and long tall grass areas on rough ground like fields woodland or scrub land.
